The Storyteller

The Breteuil storyteller brings to life the characters of the famous Mother Goose Fairy Tales written by Chatles Perrault.

Once upon a time….’ the Storyteller always begins with those famous words.

Charles Perrault’s original Fairy Tales are told by a storyteller at 4.30 pm all year long on Sundays, public holidays, school holidays for the Paris region and on Saturdays from April 3 to October 30, 2021. (French only)

In the gardens, a salon or the Orangery, the Storyteller takes children and adults alike to an enchanting world with the Wolf, fairies or the Ogre….

Those stories are told in a lively, playful and interactive way, adapted to the youngest ones but with a touch of humour for the grown-ups !

The storytelling is included in all the entrance tickets, without any supplement.
The tales can be booked and told in english for groups. If you are interested, please contact Château de Breteuil administration.
