The Château de Breteuil and its gardens are open every day of the year.
Our online ticketing service is currently unavailable. Tickets can be purchased directly on site upon arrival.
Nestled in the heart of the Chevreuse Valley Regional Natural Park, just 35 km from Paris and 20 km from Versailles, the Château de Breteuil is beautifully furnished and brings the daily life of a noble family to life through 50 wax figures, set against the backdrop of French history. Eight of Charles Perrault’s famous fairy tales are displayed in the estate’s outbuildings. The 75-hectare park features a remarkable tree trail, several themed gardens, a maze, a medieval dovecote, playgrounds and picnic areas
